Great Service By All Staff, Next To Airport! They Have A Bar, EL HANGAR, You Can Play Pool, Some Cold Beers! Nery Took Great Care Of Us, Very Attentive! Restaurant Right Next Door, Free Breakfast For Hotel Guest During Your Stay. Rooms Are Clean, Comfortable Beds. Loved The Cold AC! Free Shuttle Service To And From Airport But Must Make Reservations With Front Desk. Will Definitely Come Back!
We absolutely loved staying here! The Staff was AMAZING and the Breakfast is OUTSTANDING! The rooms were worth it and the location made it easy going any direction we wanted. You can also order food late at night after your adventures. The AC was wonderful. WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN! But booking directly through the hotel itself. It is worth the extra $20 then using Hotels.com DO NOT BOOK THROUGH Hotels.com Book DIRECTLY through the hotel itself! This is your heads up! It was a NIGHTMARE going through the 3rd party for this. We had 6 different reps from hotel.com mess everything up. Yes 6 Reps! AT the end of the whole situation hotels.com still didnt understand what was happening. You can only connect with them via "messaging" which was brutal. They pass you along to a different rep for DAYS! Also, "Trip Protection" is a cash grab SCAM. The Hotel itself did everything to assist us, and I respect them for that.
Great service, expenisve and run down rooms. This actually explains all of El Salvador's tourism industry. I used points to book this room, which is a deal compared to what the cash price is. Don't expect any kind of upgrade if you are a Choice member with any kind of status. They stuck me in the room behind the check in counter. At least the location was convenient. I could see my parked car from the window. The air conditioning worked but barely, you will not freeze in the room, I'm glad I went in March when it's slightly hot instead of boiling hot like the summer. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices and was included. All the employees were nice, which is typical for El Salvador. You have no other choices for a hotel near the airport l, so you will end up booking here. Welcome to El Salvador.
