Overall a good stay. Staff was very sweet and helpful with for example parking advice etc. Brunch was great and very fresh. Room was good but kinda lifeless, but I'd add that the room we stayed in was handicap friendly. So yeah a good one night stay

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing - both which I appreciated a lot. However, I found the service from most of the staff lacking. There seemed to be a general indifference toward guests, and interactions felt dismissive rather than welcoming. For instance, when I needed assistance at the front desk, I was met with a ‘nothing we can do’ attitude instead of a helpful response. The location is great if you’re planning to visit the nearby shopping center, but beyond that, the experience didn’t meet expectations. I believe that with improved staff training in customer service and a stronger focus on guest care, this hotel could offer a much better stay.
