The room is very nice, at breakfast there is a great selection. The only negative thing is they state that they have transportation to and back to the airport and it is not true. I called before a made reservation, and they said they did when I got to the airport no van to be found. I called and was told by another person we only do a complimentary Uber from the hotel to the airport and it has to be which hour meaning 6,7,8 etc. The Uber they called was a person with dirty pants in flip flops looking like he was waken to run to the airport. The car was so small that only one of my suitcases fit in the trunk of the car.
Hotel itself is located in very good place, have really good breakfasts. However during my stay I got sick, had to recover and spent one day in bed with Netflix. Unfortunately the connection was poor so I requested support. As troubleshooting technicians blocked Netflix on the TV… I would not expect that from 4star hotel, but maybe it is just my opinion. Of course the hotel did not forget to charge me for every cup of tea (I had several to keep me warm) 7reais each! Hope that management will consider improvement as it is not some small town hotel…
Group of hotels with little signage but shared parking amongst them. More orientation from welcome staff would save long walks around the blocks looking for your building and apt. Keys don't seem to work well. Lucas tried to charge me extra despite the booking having been paid in full prior. Rooms are fine.
