Quality Hotel Taylors Lakes

Dinner was really good at JB’S Bistro. The Mongolian Beef and rice was one of the best I’ve ever had. The service from ‘Jess’ was top notch and she is great at her job. Suggestions for improvements include: Adding a tomato to the salad, and getting rid of paying 50 cents to get sauce for your chips !!!

We stayed at Taylors Lakes Hotel for an interstate soccer tournament. The team was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We had a lot of families stay, and all were impressed with the rooms, location, and service received. We will absolutely stay again.

Went for dinner Mother's day. We used to go every year and hadn't the last. If you're going to serve sizzling beef, then serve it as such. You used to serve on the hot plate, and last night it was cold, the sauce was sickingly sweet, runny and not at all caramelized. The steak I had, eye fillet was tough and none if the steaks ordered were seasoned. Your chip servings per meal were embarrassingly small, not how you used to serve, yet the senior meals on other tables were heaped on with the chosen protein on top....the unsettling thing was there were two people that were seniors on our table who should've got the same. The pasta sauce on one of the dishes was also runny. You have really dropped your game with your food and for the price we thought we were robbed of a good meal and time. Very unfortunate. The only saving grace was the waitress we had. Her service was impeccable...that alone however is not enough for us to ever return nor we would recommend to those who will ask us.
