The location of the hotel is excellent, in the middle of Downtown Chihuahua very close to restaurants, and historical buildings. The parking lot across the street from the hotel is very convenient. But superb service is the best quality of the hotel, everybody we encountered were kind and attentive to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and interactive. Very clean and well maintained. Lots of traffic in area.
The only thing I did not like is that the temperature of the room could not be changed
