Quality Inn Sunshine Suites

I stayed at the Sunshine Quality Inn for the month of July and had a truly pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by friendly and courteous front desk staff. Their hospitality set the tone for a great stay. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing—always helpful, professional, and kind. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax during my extended stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast. It was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes—definitely a great way to start the day. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the Sunshine Quality Inn to anyone looking for quality service and comfort.

We had a great stay at the Quality Inn Sunshine Suites. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and it’s clear they take a lot of pride in the hotel. On our way there, the front desk called us to ask if we’d like a ride from the airport using the hotel shuttle service. Upon arrival, we were greeted with fresh baked cookies. We received a complimentary room upgrade to a beautiful suite with high end finishes. Of note, the fresh ground coffee at breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely be back here in the future!

I initially saw this place as a pit stop on a very long day before heading back out to travel, but I was pleasantly surprised, and my expectations were blown away. Their customer service was on par with none. Wendy at the front desk was so hospitable and inviting that I thought of making this my go-to stop in Terrace. She greeted guests with cookies and a smile, and was so forthcoming with their services and all that Terrace had to offer. The hotel is situated in the heart of town, so everything you need is close by. If you want to take a break at night and safely return to your hotel, you can easily walk back. Breakfast being included was also a nice touch because I didn't have to worry about how to start my morning. A delicious decision! Unfortunately, my only negative experience was the room's unusual odour at first. Still, if I had mentioned it to the front desk, I know they would have been courteous and provided the option to change rooms. All in all, it was a pleasant surprise. I plan to repeat it the next time I'm in Terrace.
