Restaurant service was good. Customized food was made on request without any hesitation with a smiley face. Chef - Eduardo Waiters - Claudio, Neumarque, Regina, Nichole Supervisor - Daniel & Rita 👏👏👏👌👌👌👍👍👍
Nice hotel with good food. The rooms have small issues like bedside reading lamps not working good, leaking shower doors, aircons not working sometimes and certain rooms the internet is bad. Area is not too bad but also not the best. No real good views and taxi is required to go anywhere.
Had the awful experience of receiving message saying my card was declined at 2am and having my booking cancelled at 9am. I don't think I'll ever book a room in here again.
