On Behalf of my Wife Rosarine, Mariah and Joshua a Humble and sincere thank you for making our staff awesome and filled with Warm and wonderful support.  Our Objective was to make our Son comfortable joining the University and you all made us comfortable with all the tasks and support you rendered to us.  So if I have forgotten anyone its the Jetlag of flying 18 hours back to Dubai from Wollongong.  So let me start by saying from the bottom of my heart a thank you and we will pray for all of you for your good health and prosperity. Before I came, it was Sam who took my details for the initial booking and thank you Sam for also helping Rose with the vessel and always supporting us. The person who convinced me and made it happen not just before I reached is Tiarra the lady with passion to show how customer centric she is not only doing my booking but till the last day she was always smiling, willing to help, asking if I need anything and most importantly is the dedication to all the others who also came by.  So I recriprocate by saying this Tiarra you are one of the best Customer service, receptionist person I have ever met having travelled 20+ countries.  So keep it up, You are an asset to any organisation you work for. Then I cant forget the team of housekeeping some I forgot the name, the ever loving and helpful Vik ( Spec), JP the guy who gave me the coffee and 3 others I forgot their names I am really sorry.  But you HK not only clean but your efforts and work has swept us off our feet, we will always be obligated with memories of you all. Thank you.  Cant forget the guy who fixed the oven and also the team who helped us all when we got stuck in the lift was awesome. Lastly the silent workers who work with a smile and are quiet.  Always coming forward getting my water, giving me suggestions where to go and I have been left speechless.  You all Rock. Our stay was comfortable and location was excellent if you are ok not being in the centre of town. But everything is on a short drive away. The rooms could do with a tv upgrade to a larger tv in the lounge and bedroom. The carpets are good but showing some age and may need an upgrade soon. We didn’t eat at the breakfast as it looked a little under prepared. Maybe cooked to order even if a little more expensive would be more inviting. Over all not disappointed but some improvements would be ideal. Parking is secure and excellent. We would stay again.

Wether the initial stay was good or not it was all overshadowed by the fact that we left an item in our hotel room, explained that we were travelling far and would appreciate a call asap for the lost item … still waiting for that call and when I followed up the response from the lady was appalling she was rude, dismissive and pretty much did not care. As long as our bill was paid, and we checked out I guess the hospitality stopped there! Fully aware our fault we left the item but the help was terrible and I would be concerned about the staff working there as the item was not recovered. Very disappointed and upset even the head of Choice hotels did not respond to us with our pleading email asking for help. It shows what hotels are above in their service and help and which go above and beyond.
