Quark Hotel Milano

I’m currently staying at the Quark Hotel and couldn’t be more impressed with the overall experience. The property is modern, clean, and well-managed, offering a comfortable and elegant atmosphere in the heart of Milan. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the remarkable service at the coffee bar – especially from Valentina. She is, without a doubt, one of the most welcoming, kind, and professional individuals we’ve encountered during our travels in Italy. Her warm personality and genuine care for guests make a lasting impression. We genuinely felt her absence on the days she wasn’t working – the atmosphere simply isn’t the same without her presence. Her positive energy, attentiveness, and exceptional customer service elevate the entire guest experience. If I were in a managerial position, I wouldn’t hesitate to reward her with a well-deserved salary increase. Valentina embodies the true spirit of hospitality, and from the bottom of my heart, I deeply appreciate everything she brings to this hotel. In all our time traveling through Italy, especially Milan, she has provided the best customer service we’ve experienced. Highly recommend the Quark Hotel – and be sure to stop by the coffee bar to meet Valentina. She’ll make your stay unforgettable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quark Hotel Milano and I can wholeheartedly say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the check-in staff made a fantastic first impression. They were incredibly serviceable, patient, and genuinely caring, taking the time to ensure all our questions were answered. Their attentiveness set the tone for my entire stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive as well. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment, which only added to my comfort and enjoyment. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was absolutely superb! There was a wide variety of options, all of which were delicious particularly the coffee bar was also awesome. It was the perfect way to start my day. Overall, I can’t recommend Quak Hotel Milano enough. The combination of excellent service, a clean atmosphere, and a fantastic breakfast makes it a top choice for anyone looking to stay in the area. I will definitely be returning!

We stayed as a group and receive exceptional support and service from the team. The breakfast was lovely and we also had dinner there which was very nice. The room is spacious and clean. the only downside is the access to public transport - if the stop was a little closer. We ended up taking taxis and the hotel organises them for us so it was really easy. thank you for the stay, flexibility and support.
