The host has a very high standard of quality customer service which is a rare quality. It make our stay so much more pleasurable. Overall the place has everything you need with a tram station right out the front, a tonne of tourist info to help with activity decisions for your time in surfers paradise. Great value for money. Yes, not a super new building, and definitely not the flashiest in the street, but everything was clean and tidy and such a great location! The manager Zom was very friendly and helpful as well. Most people leaving bad reviews don’t seem to understand the difference between a hotel and a holiday apartment… again, this place has great value for what you pay!

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of disappointing. The lack of basic hospitality was shocking. When I requested tissues, I was told, “You can buy your own.” It’s astounding that a hotel would expect guests to purchase something as fundamental as toilet tissues. The problems didn’t end there. The property has been under ongoing construction for 8 years, creating constant noise and disruption. The room itself was in a deplorable state: • Filthy carpets that hadn’t been cleaned properly. • Poor-quality cutlery and stained bed sheets. • Unhygienic and poorly maintained toilets. • A pervasive and unpleasant odor that made staying in the room unbearable. To make matters worse, the room service was abysmal, offering no help or relief. Considering the price, this was an absolute waste of money. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking here until these significant issues are resolved. I want refund ❌🙏 please 🙏 Not spend money well
