Luxurious and Peaceful Stay at Quartz Hotel & Spa Our experience at the Quartz Hotel & Spa in Tijuana, Mexico was absolutely wonderful. Conveniently located right next door to NewCity Medical Plaza, it was the perfect place to stay during our visit. We arrived a bit early and were pleasantly surprised when the staff welcomed us to wait in a beautiful, quiet lounge with comfortable chairs, a TV, and complimentary coffee and tea. It was so peaceful and relaxing—I truly wish I had taken a photo, but I was just enjoying the moment. They even offered us the option to wait poolside, which was a thoughtful touch, even though we chose to rest indoors. The valet service was exceptional—we felt like celebrities the moment we pulled in. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the view from our room was lovely. The entire hotel is modern, serene, and spotless, with a calm, upscale atmosphere. This was truly a 5-star experience in every way. Whether you're visiting for medical procedures, a getaway, or business, I highly recommend Quartz Hotel & Spa. We’ll definitely be returning!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in a busy medical plaza. I was booked here after a surgery and it was beautiful, quiet and felt very safe. I was able to order room service, or go to the restaurant, and staff was fantastic. Everything is clean, and the garden and pool area is gorgeous. I just wish it was a smidgen closer to some shopping in walking distance for souvenirs.

My favorite hotel in Tijuana, we’ve been here a couple of times and we have always had a great experience. The staff here is super friendly & helpful. The hotel and the rooms are very modern, clean & nice. The rooms have an amazing view which is one of my favorite parts about this hotel, the hotel itself also feels extremely safe. I definitely recommend staying here, even their room service is great, the food at the restaurant in the lobby tastes so good and is fresh!!
