Quatro Puerta del Sol

Excellent hotel in a great shopping and tourism district. Rooms are nice, with reasonable space and amenities. Service is top quality, personal and helpful at all times. Everything you need is within an easy walk and some excellent museums and parks are just a bit further. Highly recommended.

Our room was very dirty, we didn’t notice the ants until our last night (in our bed). Subsequently when we got home all our clothes, toiletries, and suitcases were full of ants. Unacceptable. Stayed here recently, great location, close to everything and anything you could want.

It’s a shame. Room #501. Central location. That’s all. Unfortunately this is the only one privilege. The breakfast is poor with few choices and no qualities of the products. The room is badly provided: the bidet is broken; the cap gets stuck and it is impossible to remove it after washing the private parts. even though it's almost 30 degrees in the shade, the air conditioning is still set to winter and there was nothing that could be done to lower the room temperature: I was told at reception that the centralized control was broken (??????????). after having received the response from the reception I gave up especially because on vacation I do not want to waste time with problems that should not compromise the success of the vacation. For this and other unforeseen events, I would like to advise you against staying in this hotel.
