Quay Hotel and Spa

Wow! What an amazing hotel! From the "sunshine" greeting on reception to the exceptional spa treatment, the staff were incredible. Staff are customer service professionals who are intuitive and go the extra mile. The hotel is modern, spotless, shiny and welcoming. Our wait staff at dinner could not do enough for us. The spa is out of this world and the massage treatments are superb and luxurious, again with professional, experienced staff. I loved it so much that I returned for another stay the following week. We had a fantastic stay at The Quay Hotel & Spa last night. The service was excellent throughout, and the team made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. A special mention to Sinead, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Her friendly, professional approach really stood out and made our evening even more enjoyable. The location is stunning, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway with top-class service. We’ll definitely be back!

Room ok (clean and pleasant style)but no outside space and very warm. Only small partial opening windows so you can’t get fresh air into the place. Would suggest booking a sea view with balcony.. The bar area overlooking Conwy and the estuary is nice. It’s close to the train station if you want to go to Llandudno and also a bus to get to Conwy. The staff are friendly and helpful.
