Qubus Hotel Kraków

The best experience. I fell in love with this city. Beautiful and dreamy city and the best food and restaurant. Very clean hotel. Clean rooms. Great pool and jacuzzi with a view of the city. Breakfast was very good and the hotel restaurant was also very good. Kind and completely professional staff. It was very good.❤️🙏

Thank you for a lovely 3 night stay. All the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Buffet style breakfast with excellent quality and choice to choose from, and the restaurant food was delicious on the evening. Lovely drinks at the bar, highly recommend the Campari Spritz. Rooms are very nice and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and safe. Another nice touch are the glass carafes in the room so you can get fresh water from the machine by the lifts. For a small charge we went on the Hotel Q boat which was very pleasant and informative. The pool, jacuzzi and saunas were very clean and a pleasure to use, also slippers, towels and bathrobe supplied to use which was much appreciated. A lovely spot for the hotel overlooking the River Vistula. We are looking forward to visiting this hotel again in 2026. Read less

Our second visit to Krakow and we stayed here for 3 nights. We arrived after midnight and was in our room within 5 minutes, upon arrival the reception area was wet and there was alot of puddles and towels on the floor (due to recent rain downpour). When we got to our room I was disappointed to see we had been given a twin room rather then the double we had paid for, also only one pillow per bed and they were very flat, like pancakes. The breakfast was amazing, the make your own waffles is very popular and tasted delicious. The hotel also offer umbrellas which were a god send when the rain was pouring down.
