Queen Boutique Hotel

Had a wonderful stay at Queen Boutique Hotel. The front desk gentleman were by far the best part of our stay as they were friendly, helpful, and informative. Our room was lovely (the fourth floor has a skylight). The hotel has spa services and there is a Michelin star restaurant inside as well. The hotel is also right in between Old Town and The Jewish Quarter for easy travels! Everything is walkable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stayed as a small group, 3 friends. An excellent hotel in a perfect location. Easy walking distance to Jewish quarter and main square. Outstanding customer service from all staff before and during our stay. Staff are polite , friendly and knowledgable, nothing was too much trouble . Great choice at breakfast, again we were met with a smile each day. We booked airport transfers through reception in advance and arranged our visit to Auschwitz using the private car bookable via reception. I will definitely book this hotel again and would happily recommend.

I can not say enough good things about my experience here. The staff on the front desk are immaculately turned out. Incredibly helpful and polite. The staff at breakfast are courteous and friendly. The cleaning staff do a great job and the rooms are fabulous. The view from my balcony is amazing. Breakfast is superb and brilliantly presented. The location of the hotel could not be better. It's on the edge of the old town, close to the Jewish quarter. Very close to a tram stop. Walking distance from the train station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It was a fantastic experience all around. I highly recommend the Queen Boutique Hotel. A genuine 5-star experience.
