Our experience was wonderful from start to finish! Awasaf truly stood out, providing exceptional assistance from check-in. They were incredibly friendly and collaborative, even helping us arrange a special birthday surprise and ensuring our breakfast reservation for the next day was perfect. The hotel's isolated location was ideal for relaxation and disconnecting, offering a peaceful escape. The entire team contributed to our unforgettable stay, and our accommodation was superb. I found the whole experience to be relaxed but professional and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and varied but I must admit I was expecting a more traditional meal with sandwiches, such as cucumber. The warm scones with the clotted cream and jam was a pleasant touch to the end of the meal. I would recommend the venue most definitely and would come again. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly from the start.

Inexpensive option, if you want to just stay in Dubai and go around site-seeing, but not necessarily in a luxury hotel setting. Plus, it’s a historic one — being a famous old cruise liner — and in some ways fun place to stay. Staff is very nice and helpful. Has a few eating options on the ship also. British pub is good.
