Beautiful panorama and nature, adequate breakfast and dinner. Big swimming pool, awesome prices for body massage, clay mask and reflexology procedures. Open air algae swimming pool and ancient thermal spa center needs renovate.
We were there for a week. It felt like a health retreat because could afford a massage every day a d dip in and out of the thermal pools and Turkish bath.
First of all, the staff I met and others I saw were very friendly, polite and professional. The hotel seemed well managed but needs updating. Looks very old and tired, especially the outside area and water park. The thermal spa area would be the only part that would interest me and is probably the main attraction here. I didn't stay, I just looked around and it wouldn't interest me to stay here as the immediate area outside the resort is an old village with nothing but basic old shops for poor villagers and some local cafes. It felt very cramped in the streets with traffic getting stuck all the time. Apart from the hotel, there are apartments too which I didn't look at inside so I cannot comment on those, but was told that pets are allowed in the apartments when agreed. I think the hotel could be good for families who like to spend time around the pool and water park and I believe they offer animation entertainment in the park area. There's also quite a large grassy area with many trees for kicking a ball around, cycling or walking your dog if you brough one and you're staying in one of the apartments and a cafe on the grounds as well. The hotel would be good for people who don't drink alcohol as they don't serve it here.
