Queen's Gate Resort

Great vacation stay in May 2024! We booked a small room at the resort. Beach chairs and umbrella are included in the rental cost, which was great. No extra fees and no need to buy anything. Beach access required crossing a busy road, but that seems typical for Anna Maria Island. The private beach itself was fantastic, clear waters and plenty of space. Not too crowded. The resort's pool and cook out area/cabana were nice additional features that we took advantage of while we were there. Would stay there again!

Loved the location which was steps away from the beach. Easy to find a spot and hunker down for the day. The pool was right outside the back and the kids loved the privacy and feel of their own pool with no crowds. The kitchenette was nice to pop in and out of to cook or grab snacks and meals while at the beach or pool. Thankful we stayed here and already booked again for next year. Smaller feel and less crowded if that is what you are looking for. Quiet and peaceful stay with super friendly staff. Exactly what we were looking for.

My family and I have been coming here for more than 10 years, and every single time we come here, we have a great experience. It's clean, staff are friendly/accommodating, and it's in a prime location. Just a quick walk across a small (not so busy) street (just make sure to still look both ways) and you'll be right on the beach. The pool is also great and refreshing. The bed is also comfortable. Plus an added benefit to the resort is their resident cat Mickey (or Nicky), he is such a good boy. I know as a pet owner, he really helped when I missed my kitties. If you were to stay anywhere on Anna Maria Island, stay here.
