Queens Hotel Cheltenham

I recently stayed at the Queen’s Hotel Cheltenham and had an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Tasha truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable — professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Nathan at the bar crafted some fantastic drinks and made the whole atmosphere feel relaxed and welcoming — his recommendations were spot on! Amy from housekeeping also deserves a special mention; our room was spotless and beautifully presented each day, with thoughtful touches that made all the difference. Every part of the stay felt personal and cared for. The staff really are a credit to the hotel — I can’t wait to return!

We went for afternoon tea for my birthday. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I'm coeliac and had the gluten free vegetarian opinion. The sandwiches and fillings were really tasty. The scones had plenty of jam and cream and the little cakes were delightful. The service was just right. Thank you queens hotel for a wonderful afternoon tea

So our room was hot. The air con didn't seem to be working. We were assured it was 100% fine and offered thinner bedcovers and a fan. Then my daughter arrived and accessed her room which was perfectly air conditioned. Upon calling reception again to say it was now obvious the air con in our room wasn't working properly we were told the previous occupants of our room had no problem with the temperature. Update - I received a lovely handwritten note from the manager apologising, offering a concession and saying she would have moved us if we had not had the do not disturb sign on our door. This made up for the hot evening!
