A great hotel for a short visit to the Niagara on the Lake and falls. The hotel looks like a colonial building but in side it has been very nicely decorated. The room was large and very comfortable with good facilities. The service from all the staff was excellent. The 2 restaurants were very good The pool was perhaps in need of restoration

Very nice hotel in a great area right on the water. Our room was clean with a few updated modern amenities, but still quite dated in some aspects - I think that may be on purpose but a few upgrades would be nice. The bathrooms could definitely use some modernization. Service was great, but hotels need to add alarm clocks to their checklist of things to reset. We were abruptly awoken at 6:00am because that’s when the previous guest must have had it set for… couldn’t figure out how to turn it off so we just unplugged it.

I’ve stayed at a few Vintage Hotels properties before and have always had a great experience, but this was my first time at Queen’s Landing. The property itself is beautiful - gorgeous view of the water, elegant design, and the rooms were clean and super comfortable. Unfortunately, the service really missed the mark. It honestly felt like pulling teeth just to get the number for the local shuttle. I asked the concierge via text and wasn’t given the number, which was frustrating. I also requested extra towels and never received them. Overall, the front desk and concierge service lacked the level of customer care I’ve come to expect from Vintage Hotels. It’s a shame because the property is lovely and has so much potential, but the lack of basic service definitely took away from the experience.
