The team at Queenstown limited really went above and beyond during our stay in town. When I discovered I had made a booking error and my family suddenly didn't have a place for the night after flying in from the states, Savanah and team were about to get me into a property immediately and without fuss. They even let us stay at a larger place at a discount. So happy to have stay at both their properties. The views were as lovely as the team!
We loved our accommodation provided by Hello Queenstown. It was clean, warm and had everything we needed. We could walk to town but it was quiet and relaxed. The view was world class. There was a balcony to (constantly) gaze at the lake and snow capped mountains. Thanks Guys you set us up well.
This apartment is well located and has fantastic views of mountains and lake. The management team was outstanding in their responsiveness and were wonderful to deal with. The spats very homely and well equipped. We will definitely stay there next visit!
