Great location - close to everything. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a nice breakfast area but no bar/restaurant. Just heads up: there are a flight of stairs to get to the reception with no elevator
It is 4 AM right now and I can’t sleep because of noise coming from street despite the closed windows, very hard and thick pillows, and no top sheets to use when it is hot to use duvet. There is no cold water in bathroom and you have to open the tap for at least 5 min to get it tolerably warm instead of hand burning hot water. On top of everything mentioned here, the less annoying thing is the spots on the floor of bathroom. So, if you like yourself pay a little extra and find somewhere else to stay.
DO NOT STAY - BUGS IN THE HOTEL BEDS!! I would give this hotel 0 STARS. It astonishes me how it is even ranked as a 4-star hotel. There were bugs in the bed we saw but arrived too late to check out of the room. During the night my partner was bitten by bugs as well with marks to show for it. The only mildly appealing part of this is the location, because it clearly isn’t the actual hotel (if you can call it that). The “hotel” is very bare-bones with one part-time front desk person until 11pm who is clearly extraordinarily overworked. I saw the numerous 5-star reviews and thought this place was going to be a great find. WRONG! For the price paid, I was actually shocked at what Quentin Prague Hotel was like. Here are a few problems aside from the bed bug problem: - Bathroom mirror was literally taped to the wall with packing tape - Sheets were dirty on arrival - Towels were torn and tattered - Bathroom blinds didn’t close for privacy - AC was not working for a number of guests - Bathroom toilet seat cover cracked Here is the biggest issue - THERE WERE BUGS IN THE BED!!! When raising the issue with the front desk in the morning, they were shocked. They asked if we wanted another room and we told them we were instead going to leave the hotel as we did not feel comfortable staying at a place where there were bugs in the bed in any room. They said to contact their reservations desk for a refund as they could not process it themselves (that alone should tell you what kind of place this is). Two weeks of nearly daily emailing the reservations desk and the hotel-specific email and there has been ZERO response nor refund. The lack of customer service or even a desire to make things right when there is clearly a problem with their “hotel” is a sign this place in no way cares about their customer nor the business they’re in. Avoid this place at all costs. If not for the bed bugs, then for your own peace of mind.
