Quenzo Beach Resort

We booked this hotel via the many positive reviews left by others on Booking.com. we we're not disappointed. Upon arrival, you are looked after and kind, friendly staff checked you in quickly and took us to our room. We had booked one of their Ocean View suites, which was superb. Plenty of room and the facilities were excellent, including a lovely shower and outside spa bath. Food at the restaurant was great, especially the breakfast. My wife is lactose intolerant, and they looked after her really well overall, however that said, a list of ingredients for each food item would have been a nice addition. There are 3 pools, 3 restaurants, dive booking shack and a Spa on site, plus a nice bar. They also have two large private beaches. More loungers around the central pool would have been nice though. Spa wise, we had booked a Healing Journey, which is 2.5 hours of massages and bliss. I fully recommend. Only slight observation (rather than a complaint) was the large glass patio doors in our room were very difficult to open. Maybe the runners need maintaining. Overall, a really lovely stay with lots of good memories.

We really liked our stay here! The resort is big and well organized, the views of the ocean are amazing and it was never busy while visiting the pool. Staff was always helpful throughout the stay! Overall it was a nice experience and would have stayed here more than 2 nights !

I am still in the resort and it is beautiful. Cannot fault it, food is incredible, rooms gorgeous and the staff are lovely - friendly and welcoming. Have a week left of our stay and really want to stay forever! I highly recommend. You will love it!
