We had a very good experience at this hotel. The location, staff and view of this hotel is amazing. Hakan sir and his family are so kind and warm. They made us feel like we were family and not guests. We recommend this hotel!
The people and the service was so amazing! This has to be one of the nicest places one can stay. They helped us book a new place, brought us to restaurants. The breakfast and service was amazing. I definitately recommend this place for staying in Rize, it will not dissappoint you :)
