Free upgrade to 1 bedroom suite which as nice. Although on the 5th floor, the ocean views were blocked by the pine trees. Living area/kitchen a great size, bedroom odd shaped and door impeded access when open. Although generally maintained in good condition, bathroom window frame had a hole in it where the lock was possibly replaced and didn't seal properly. The high step in bath and no walk in shower a bit of a safety concern. Cannot remember the last time I stayed in a holiday apartment with just blank walls and no artwork. Customer service was outstanding with very friendly staff. The free parking a great benefit and also the convenient location. Enjoyed my stay. Overall, reasonable value for money and will stay again. Recommended.

As a wheelchair user who needs an accessible room, there were a couple of features that weren’t up to code. The apartment door access has limited room because the hallway layout. It still uses a key which I could not use. It needs an upgrade to a swipe key and updated automatic door. The shower was quite spacious, but the shower head was not adjustable. It is situated on a steep hill too which made it difficult to manoeuvre in and out of. Great location though and friendly staff.

The rooms are clean and tidy, and nice views onto the park and ocean. Good points, friendly staff and good secure car parking and good location. Areas for improvement, more frequent room servicing for the longer stays. The iron & iron board are basic, so pressing clothes will tidy them up but not good for dress shirts or dress tops. Balcony could be improved too with a cover or roof, especially during the wet weather. Shower is off the wall at chest height and hot water may take some time to come through. Top loader washer is noisey and ours had an odd odour that transfered to our newly washed towels. After advising the apparment staff they had the washer serviced which fixed the odour. Overall I would rate the appartment as OK, but could be better.
