Quest East Melbourne

We had the pleasure of staying at Quest East Melbourne, and I can confidently say it exceeded all our expectations! The staff were absolutely lovely, providing exceptional service that made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The amenities were fantastic and catered perfectly to both adults and our child. The location was ideal for celebrating New Year’s Eve, allowing us to easily access all the festivities while providing a comfortable retreat to return to after a fun-filled night. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making our stay both enjoyable and hassle-free. It truly was the perfect choice for our family, offering everything we needed for a memorable celebration. I highly recommend Quest East Melbourne to anyone looking for a superb stay in the city. Excellent place to stay close to the city, walking distance (if that’s your thing) or a quick tram ride. Abundance of Cafe/Restaurant/take-away venues close by. The room was cute, with a loft apartment feel, self contained and cosy. Peaceful to sleep, no traffic noise. Loved the rooftop outdoor area, and the complimentary bottled water. My only little negative thing, is the bathroom is right next to the bed. Overall, I will be definitely staying here again.

Staff were lovely. Overall pretty clean. However, I don’t think the cleaner has wiped down the window seals since it was built. Very dirty and grimy. Location is awesome but, the downside is the outside noise is very noisy. Motor bikes, trams, car turbos- you’ll hear it all. Especially at 2am.
