Extremely happy with the facilities, service and location. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were fun and spacious. The pool and view was amazing looking out to the city. Easy to get to and close to public transport. Would definitely stay again.

very nice stay. stayed here for work. big studio apartments with all necessary cookware, cutlery and utensils. full laundry (washer and dryer). huge balcony. different suites have different layout so room and balcony sizes differ quite a bit.

The location couldn’t be more convenient—easy access to the city center, airport, car rentals, and public transport. The rooms were immaculate, and the staff provided warm, attentive service that truly elevated our stay. The rooftop swimming pool was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of Melbourne’s skyline—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. If I were to offer one small note, it would be a wish for a touch more privacy in the master bedroom. That said, this minor detail didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment. We also loved being steps away from charming, authentic coffee shops that served delicious brews in cozy settings—a delightful bonus! Thank you, QUEST Hotel, for a memorable stay.
