This was our second stay at the beautiful Quest, and we absolutely loved it! The location is fantastic, and we were thrilled with our ocean-view room. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Being just a short walk from the beach, shopping malls, and great restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Quest Frankston On the Bay to anyone planning a visit to Frankston!
Having just spent several weeks at the Quest on the Bay Frankston as a result of an insured event at our home. I feel I really must compliment the entire Quest team. Their willingness to ensure our stay was enjoyable was just amazing. They have a great location with good facilities even dining options within the building. Secure underground parking even a fully equipped gym. But the most impressive thing for us was the staff. From management through reception to housekeeping. All were pleasant, professional and willing to be of assistance if required. They made our stay so much easier. So a big thank you to the whole Quest team.
We have just had 2 nights at Quest Apartment Hotel in Frankston & were excited because of all the hype around their accessible rooms being accredited for disability access to a high standard. Well, this accessible studio room has been a great disappointment. The bathroom is fine.... roll-in shower, fold down shower bench, grab bars & plenty of space. But the floor to ceiling windows have double blinds operated by chains. As the permanent wheelchair user I couldn't reach the chains to operate the blinds. The tiny, grubby balcony with a view of an ally & roofs has a step & the wheelchair wouldn't fit on it. In the kitchenette, the electric kettle & toaster are in a cupboard on a shelf at least 2m from the ground. And the crockery, cups & glasses are all in the high cupboards, too - completely out of reach! The kitchen bench & sink are above usual height as well. Even some light switches are out of reach. The TV is not opposite the bed, but further along the wall so you are looking sideways at the screen. And the door to the room doesn't allow easy access into or out of the room because the wheelchair has to get around the door to get through the doorway. 🤦🏻♀️ A wheelchair user on their own in this room would not be able to manage. A lot of budget motel rooms & holiday park cabins that we've stayed in on this road trip are way more "accessible" in design than this Quest studio. Definitely not as expected, or value for money.
