Quest Henderson

Compared to other Quests, this room was a little run down. Frying pan can definitely be replaced , it's scratched up and they don't cost much . The extraction can did not work, yet there is a notice about setting off a fire alarm with cooking. Something maintanance should keep an eye on. The worst for me was the shower pressure. It was quite bad and I think a shower is an essential in accommodation. We got charged extra for splitting the beds into 2 singles. This was a first in all my stays... Very strange. Having said that both nights the beds moved around so seems they were not secured... My mum is elderly and has difficulties getting up and down onto the bed, so it was very challenging for her to use a moving bed. The location was great and convenient - close to our event and close to the shops. All the staff were polite and helpful and efficient . Overall an ok stay, but the price is too high given the above issues .

Pleasant greeting & service whilst signing in. Prices were OK with rooms, & the rooms were cleaned well. We were slightly early, but with a small wait in reception, we were up into the room in 15 minutes time. The 1 bedroom studio, suited our needs.

If you're looking at somewhere just to rest your head at night it's not to bad. The bed was a bit lumpy and had roll together, the shower had very poor pressure and the room didn't get cleaned every day during the week.
