I can't fault Quest NW. Reception is amazing, very friendly! We recently had a 3 night stay with my family of 7, came from Brisbane , Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds and they did not disappoint with the service's. Will definitely be staying there again! Highly recommend 👌
Good heating. Better curtains would help for keeping the light out at night. Parking gets full with all the tradies. Very quiet regardless.
The room was very noisy and I lost sleep. Clearly did not have double glazed windows and the bedroom window appeared to not be fully closed, though it was locked. I had requested a quiet room but this is definitely not a quiet hotel. The reception staff were lovely, however I won’t be back, as I travel for work and need a decent night’s sleep. .
