Great location. Well presented room. Friendly staff and great service. Only reason room 114 didn't get 5 stars is proximity to offices next door and their habit of leaving bright lights on all night, every night. Decent quality curtains were in the room and used. Highly recommend the additional car parking fee. Easy walking around city centre. Would stay again.

Late arrival (23:15) was handled professionally and with ease. Our keys and instructions were left for us on reception desk. Access to the carpark was easy, well lit, and access to the hotel from there was easy too. The hotel is clean, and so was the appartment. The one bedroom apartment is well appointing, however some minor adjustments would complete the experience - door handle/lock to the bathroom, fridge a bit wonky. However these were, as I said, minor issues. One suggestion, another luggage trolley, cage style, so clothing can be hung when transporting luggage. The staff we encountered during our stay were friendly, professional and courteous.

Absolutely amazing staff - very helpful, friendly, just awesome service! Lovely, clean, spacious rooms with washing machine and dryer. Right in town so could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely be staying here when over this way again.
