I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible experience I had staying at Quest Newcastle West. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special. They surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to what I’m pretty sure was their top-of-the-line suite – and wow, it was stunning! I had included a little note in my booking asking (on a hopeful whim) if they could surprise me with a towel animal for my birthday… and they actually did it! I was so touched to walk into the room and see the most adorable towel elephant waiting for me – it honestly made my day. As if that wasn’t enough, they also left a beautiful bottle of champagne for me to enjoy. 🥂 The room was spotless, spacious, and so comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtful and considered, and the staff’s warmth and effort truly made the whole experience feel personal and memorable. Without a doubt, I’ll be booking with Quest Newcastle West again. This kind of service is rare – they didn’t just provide a place to stay, they created a beautiful memory for me. Thank you again to the wonderful team – you’ve earned a loyal guest for life!

Was visiting Newcastle with family and stayed 3 nights. Beautiful building, staff were super friendly and two bedroom apartment was so spacious and had everything we needed. Only thing we noticed was that Beds weren’t made up and towels not refreshed.

Stayed two nights, very clean and quiet. Right near public transport if you want to leave the car in the secure car park. Shopping centre nearby. Has own gym and conference room. Highly recommend.
