Outstanding stay. Perfect location - walking distance to city centre, University of Auckland, and car rentals. The staff are absolutely incredible and went above and beyond with everything. They handled my delayed airport luggage smoothly. They helped split my business/holiday charges across multiple credit cards and provided separate tax invoices without any hassle. They made modifying my third-party booking seamless. Spacious, comfortable room with everything needed for extended stays. Fantastic room service and cleaning. Great value for money with very affordable pricing. As a repeat customer, the combination of great location, comfort, and service keeps me coming back. Highly recommended - will definitely book again if ever in Auckland.
This was such a wonderful experience staying with Quest on Eden! They were so accommodating and the cleaning team was wonderful. Definitely above and beyond. The parking was $25 a day which I didn't see advertised on the website (we may have just missed it), but aside from that it was a great experience!
Had a really love stay at Quest on Eden. Fantastic location. We were able to walk all around downtown Auckland and easily access public transportation. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Everyone we encountered was kind and the room was what we needed to adjust after a 20+ hour travel day.
