Quest On Story Bridge

Great experience at the Quest Story Bridge! Michael was helpful, welcoming & has a really cool vibe. The hotel was reasonably priced and it was clean, comfortable & a really relaxing place to stay. We thought it might be a little loud being so close to the bridge but the widows are well glazed and there's an option of sleeping upstairs or downstairs in the apartment we were in so we just swapped to try which was the quietest (but both were pretty good). The cooking facilities were excellent to have as I'm gluten & dairy intolerant and the porch was lovely to relax on after a hard day of work. We will definitely recommend everyone to stay here and hopefully stay again our selves at some point - many thanks Emma & Andy

A good location & reasonable accommodation for our family. Sheets were crisp, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Pool was okay, plenty of conveniences nearby. When we got into our room we realised we were missing a bed (turned out it was the travel agent's fault) and the staff were helpful and able to make up one (fortunately this room had a sofa bed). Only complaint is that the stairs to the upstairs bedroom were a bit awkward and steep but that's just the design of the room.

It was great staying here. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment whilst our friends had the 3 bedroom. The rooms were spacious however i found the deck area could only fit around 6 people comfortably. We were celebrating a special occasion and had no complaints of noise issues whatsoever as we celebrated until midnight. Thanks for that! Staff are friendly including the receptionist. There's a small gym and swim area out front. Underground parking is huge! Lift available also.
