Quest On Ward

Wonderful stay in a huge apartment! Quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located (even if it’s crammed between other buildings). Parking is a bit cramped, but it’s a city, so plan ahead. The $20 for parking is worth it. Staff was very helpful and nice. Would definitely stay again!

Good kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, kettle etc. Spacious bathroom, open plan kitchen, dining with table and chairs , lounge. No TV in the bedroom. Reasonably quiet. Good location with mall shopping and food court straight across the street and Starbucks beside on the corner. Excellent location for Wintec.

I paid for parking at Quest on Ward, Hamilton for my stay on 22 December 2023 and on checking out in the morning, was taken aback to find my car had been towed. Although it turned out that I should have parked under cover, it was incredible to think that after paying in an uncovered guest car park, my car could be towed away! Despite numerous attempts to contact management to discuss this - both via written request on the feedback form left in my room, and several messages of request via phone - I have not been able even to speak to a manager. Quest contracts out its telephone service and it seems that if you run into any problems then it's impossible to discuss these with an actual manager. Take heed.
