I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quest Clark Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, and the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect balance of comfort and elegance. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities – from the pool to the in-room service – were top-notch, and the location is ideal for both business and leisure travelers. What truly stood out during my stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by Sophie. Her professionalism, warm demeanor, and attention to detail were second to none. She went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Whether it was answering questions, offering local recommendations, or simply checking in with a smile, Sophie’s dedication truly made a difference and left a lasting impression. Kudos to the entire team at Quest Clark, and a special thank you to Sophie for her outstanding work. Exceptional service that truly stands out—professional, attentive, and always anticipating our needs ❤️ The food at the breakfast buffet and all-day lounge was also consistently good, the hotel had a very Commonwealth American era luxury feel, and even the air-conditioning had a pleasant scent. Overall, the experience surpassed many five-star hotels I’ve stayed in around Manila 🫶🥹 LOVE ITT

My housekeeper Martina is amazing. I have requested her to clean my room for the rest of my stay when she is available. Her attention to detail is outstanding and she always makes sure I am stocked on all items! Also the bartender Van is top notch makes me feel like I’m the only customer and is very professional and great conversation when the dining area is slow. All staff have been amazing
