My only criticism is that the rooms are a bit dated and could use some upgrades, such as newer furniture and more mirrors. We had some problems with the sink and soap dispenser but they were addressed by housekeeping right away after I alerted them, which I really appreciated. Everything else was great. The breakfast buffet was delicious and I love that there's a 20% discount on the other restaurants when you book directly in their website. Festival Mall is walking distance from the hotel and the whole area is very pedestrian friendly in general. The lobby and pool areas were also very nice. The service was excellent and will probably be my main motivation for going back in the future. I booked 3 rooms for my family and when there was a possibility that the trip might not push through, the reservation office's response was very empathetic and helpful, which helped to alleviate a lot of my concerns about a possible booking cancellation charge. On the day of check-in, they also accommodated my request to put the third room (a separate booking) on the same floor and allowed early check-in/late check-out. Overall, my family and I had a very positive experience in Crimson and I would definitely go back.

My family had a great experience at Crimson Hotel Alabang, thanks especially to Jude at the front desk. He was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Not only did he make the check-in process smooth, but he also assisted me with a dollar exchange, which was a big help. Jude’s excellent service truly stood out. Highly recommend! Joanne

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future. Staff members are courteous and always greeted us with a smile. Special mention to the security team on the 3rd floor, they’re so kind and always ready to help. We loved the breakfast buffet and appreciated the cozy atmosphere in the main lobby. Any issues we encountered were resolved promptly; for example, when there was a problem with the hot water, the team immediately offered another room for us to shower. Excellent service all around—well done to everyone at Crimson! 👏 Our only suggestion for improvement would be the quality of the à la carte food at the lobby dining area. While the prices were on the higher side, the taste didn’t quite meet expectations.
