Quest Sanctuary Lakes

I really enjoyed staying here, but there a few little things that bugged me. I booked a 1 bedroom apartment and it was very nice. It was 2 storey, full kitchen, laundry with washer & dryer and lounge room downstairs with a courtyard at the rear. Upstairs was the bedroom and ensuite with a small balcony. There was no television in the bedroom, so I slept in the lounge. Then I noticed I was actually in a 2 bedroom apartment and they just lock the door on the other room and bathroom, which is fine, but that room has the huge balcony that we couldn’t use. I was also a bit disappointed that there was no table & chairs on the upstairs balcony, and the courtyard had a table and only one chair - there was two of us! The light and fan in the ensuite are on one switch, and the fan is ridiculously loud. The showers could do with some shelves or caddies to put your shampoo etc on too. These are all only small things, but they would have made a big difference to our stay. In saying all this though, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. The staff are great, the rooms are very clean & well equipped, and the atmosphere is very friendly & relaxing.

We are a sporting team and have spent a week at this accommodation. We found the accommodation excellent value. Staff were also excellent and very efficient and professional. Would recommend this location to anyone,

My stay at Quest Sanctuary Lakes was excellent the apartment was perfect the surroundings were perfect and Jazmine the reception Lady was just totally gorgeous and a pleasure to deal with who made me feel so valued and appreciated. Highly recommend this place to stay.
