Quest Townsville on Eyre

I am in the middle of an interstate relocation that was delayed so got moved here from aligned corporate residences on Palmer street which used to be an old quest. The location of the former was top notch with the view of the marina. My view here was of a dirt hill. However, this accommodation was much cleaner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a two bedroom apartment that had everything I needed. Clean, comfy bed, good aircon. It had zero ambience so I was happy to be out all day. Third floor in the second building - very quiet. It’s a bit of a rabbit Warren with two lifts to two separate buildings- got lost once or twice. Car park was fully booked, however they have limited section in the street directly outside - I was lucky to get a spot each day. I wouldn’t stay here for a holiday unless you plan to be out all day. But it was good accommodation and there is a Coles across the road within walking distance. I didn’t use it as I had a hire car. Recommend:-)

He made us feel so welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. Our accommodation was absolutely perfect — spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. We truly enjoyed every moment and felt right at home. We highly recommend Quest Townsville on Eyre to everyone. During our recent stay at Quest Townsville on Eyre, we were impressed by the spacious and well-appointed serviced apartments, which provided a comfortable environment for both relaxation and work. The rooms were well presented and clean, contributing to a pleasant stay. ​ The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication. In particular, Sarah went above and beyond during a heavy downpour, ensuring that my wife and son could access the underground parking without getting drenched. Her attentiveness and care were truly commendable.​ However, the parking situation was less than satisfactory. We encountered overcrowding and a lack of monitoring regarding who was utilising the parking spaces. This led to vehicles being parked haphazardly, sometimes outside designated bays, which made navigation challenging and restrictive. Additionally, the parking spots were very narrow, further complicating the situation. ​ Despite the parking challenges, our overall experience at Quest Townsville on Eyre was positive, thanks to the quality of the accommodations and the exemplary service provided by staff members like Sarah.
