Quest Wangaratta

Cant rate this place highly enough, had a terrific stay over the Easter weekend. Great that we could leave our bikes in a secure place and not have to worry about them. Loved the room and especially the beautiful showers. Cant wait to come back one day.

Like others having to pay $250 bond is ridiculous. Was away for work and unfortunately the PA booked the wrong place not my usual. The money is withdrawn immediately however 3-5 days to be deposited and funds available. The room was clean and comfortable but will not use again due to bond and pay for parking. Many other options to stay where u can spend $250 dollars in town to support local businesses

We requested the dates be changed 6 days after booking and 3 weeks before the actual booking date when a course we were attending changed their dates to 1 month after the original weekend it was intended for. Now any establishment with the slightest bit of customer service would allow the dates to be changed (3 weeks out) even if this meant paying a small fee which we would have been happy to pay, not Quest Wangaratta they wanted to keep our $800+ then charge a second $800+ to rebook on another weekend. I can understand they would want compensation if we were to cancel but all we wanted was to change the date there was nothing for them to lose. thanks for ruining what would've been a good weekend, because we couldn't afford to pay for 2 lots of accommodation we ended up canceling our coarse and getting a full refund which with them wasn't a drama (good customer service I suppose)
