Quest Woolooware Bay

We stayed at the Quest woolaware as part of a Rugby group from Rarotonga . From the moment we arrived. Jim the owner was welcoming and informed us about the facilities. He set up a conference room for the group to utilise. Jim went over and beyond for us and made us truly welcome. Jess and her team are so amazing. The Quest hotel rooms are modern, clean and well set up. I love travelling and this hotel was better than most 4 -5 star rated hotels. Owners Jim and Sarah, along with their dedicated team, have consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate my complex lodging needs. Their responsiveness, understanding, and genuine support have made every stay seamless and comfortable. The apartments are impeccably maintained, modern, spacious, and always spotless. If you're a footy fan, the location is unbeatable: adjacent to Shark Stadium, next to Bay Central Shopping Centre, and just a five-minute drive to Cronulla's stunning beaches. Thank you, Jim, Sarah, and the entire team, for creating such a welcoming and accommodating environment. Thanks to everyone for making our stay away from home and feel like home! We absolutely loved our stay. The staff are absolutely fantastic, so helpful, so friendly and always greeted us with a warm smile. Housekeeping was fantastic, lovely staff that did a great job of cleaning apartment. The service was quite consistent for the duration of our stay. The rooms were great. Beds were super comfortable TV in every room and the apartment was fully kitted with all that we needed for a three week stay. Thank you!
