Questa Thermal & Spa Hotel

I organized a trip for 60 people, mostly students, to stay at Questa in March. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. We loved everything about our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for quality accommodations in the Eskisehir area. İrem was especially so kind and helpful. Thank you, Questa for a great experience.

The rooms had air circulation systems that mostly worked, but it was more comfortable with the windows open. It would be nice if the windows had screens so that the air would be slightly hindered from blowing in too strongly. 😬 The service was amazing - the staff was very kind and helpful for us. The location is fairly good for walking to things nearby except for other places to eat. My stomach had a little trouble with the food that was cooked in oil, but the fresh fruit at the restaurant was nice, and the food all tasted delicious.

We arrived without a reservation. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was of a good size but not so comfortable with a third bed although there were all the amenities in place. Expensive as all hotels we stayed in Turkey, excellent breakfast included in the rate. Dinner was very expensive and I am sorry to say it was not so good. The thermal swimming pool had not so clear water compared to other thermal hotels we visited. Overall a good night stay.
