This property is spectacular. I was incredibly impressed from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, and the patio was such a nice touch—perfect for relaxing. The food wasn't just delicious—it was truly a form of art. We also enjoyed the on-site activities and amenities, which added so much to the experience. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional. The resort truly lives up to its luxury reputation. That said, I do want to note one disappointment. While ordering at the pool, we weren’t aware that an automatic gratuity had already been added to the bill. We tipped generously in cash—only to later realize we had double-tipped nearly $40. When I asked for an itemized receipt and pointed this out, the server refused to return the money. That felt unacceptable at a place of this caliber. Aside from that experience, everything else was fantastic. I would definitely return—but next time I’ll be more cautious about the bills.

This was one of the best resorts that I have ever stayed at. We had a conference rate because we were here for business. I think the normal rate is a bit more. But oh my goodness what a beautiful resort. It’s very large, but not so large that you feel overwhelmed with walking. There are plenty of pools and recreation space. The desert botanical garden is just stunning. Loved the little swing there. The classes are beyond wonderful. All of the instructors were very friendly and helpful. I totally recommend getting a spa treatment and using the spa facilities for the day for free. The spa pool is very quiet and relaxing and there are no kids in that area. The spot is absolutely beautiful and includes steam rooms, hot tubs, and a bistro with lots of healthy yummy foods. Take time to walk through the beautiful gardens that the staff have worked so hard to maintain. A special shout out to Christina, one of the gardeners at the resort, and Lauren, yoga and sound healing guide. My experience at this resort was beyond compare and I cannot wait to go back someday.

Let me start off by saying the staff here is incredible. Every restaurant worker/server, bar tender, and help desk clerk was just genuinely friendly and helpful. I'm from California, so I'm used to everyone, employee or not, being incredibly rude and otherwise useless. The hospitality was on par with that of the Midwest, and it's crazy how much of an impact that makes on your overall stay. All the food was delicious, but it is pricey, if you need something a little more wallet friendly there are plenty of restaurants right across the street and a $7 Uber ride can take you to any of them. There is also plenty of shopping nearby, and if you do get tired of spending $10/beer there are multiple grocers in that same area. The pools are vast, so even when there's a crowd you can find a nice quiet corner to cool off. The rooms and decor is all top notch. Everything looks up-to-date and clean. I'm used to going to Vegas resorts where everything costs top dollar but nothing has been renovated since the 90's or wiped off in the last 6 months. I really hope to return soon because the family and I had a wonderful time.
