My visit with my 2 sisters was absolutely amazing. The staff, Juan and the other young man were so sweet and always went out of their way to offer help to us. It felt like family was taking care of us. The views from the room and patio were beautiful and the pool was perfect to cool off from the heat. The food was created with love and delicious. After driving away we had car trouble and had to leave the car on the side of the road. We walked back to to Quinta Alto Do Rio and Juan greeted us in surprise and helped us communicate with the rental car company. He gave us a ride back to our car knowing that a taxi and tow truck would arrive for us. He also gave us his personal number in case anything went wrong. I can’t say enough except visit here and take in the Beauty it has to offer. It will not disappoint. .

Everything was good. View is fantastic. But the absence of proper air conditioning was killing in summer. There isn't even a ventilation fan or what, making it 27-28C in the room. Think before you book in summer.
