Quinta da Boa Ventura

After a long, tiring drive from Spain, we arrived in Quinta da Boa Ventura and were instantly made feel welcome by the very gracious hostess, Vera and her husband. This is a very special place where the beauty and calmness of the surroundings are matched and even exceeded by the quiet generosity of the hosts. Our villa was excellent with a beautiful view over the hosts' small orchard and vegetable garden, to the rolling hills of Braganca beyond. This enterprise is top notch. The pool, the tennis court, the house and surrounding gardens are thoughtfully designed and wonderfully set among mature trees and inspirational planting. As a retreat for weary travelers seeking peace and tranquility, it cannot be beaten. Highly recommended!

We are here at the moment, I am only doing the review now because I will forget otherwise and this is too lovely a place for that. Everything about here is beautiful. From the homemade pastries and cakes for breakfast to the stunning views. Antonio can not do enough for you and the whole family is just lovely. Our room is spotless and I love the bathroom decor. I would go as far as to say it is perfection. This is definitely a place for relaxation and peacefulness even with our 3 year old. We highly recommend it

Please be careful when dealing with this company. The customer service is extremely impolite, they share and promote partnerships that they don't uphold anymore, and instead of providing a solution, they simply insult people and hang up the phone. They are not trustworthy, and you would be better served elsewhere.
