This is a family owned and run hotel on a beautiful vineyard and farm property. I found it so charming and rate it a 5 stars because of the hospitality of the family and more than fair prices. They truly went above and beyond in making me and my partner feel welcome, despite the language barrier. Portuguese hospitality is unrivaled! I will leave a disclaimer though that I didn’t get the best night of sleep there since sound travels very easily in the old house and the antique furniture was a little squeaky. But the charm of the property and hospitality were unmatched! Plus they have very friendly dogs that love to be pet! I want to go back!

Um lugar sossegado, uma excelente piscina para adultos e uma para crianças, magnifico ambiente e atendimento 5* . A D. Cristina é de uma simpatia e delicadeza excelente assim como o marido e filho. Para mim é sempre um até breve porque sempre que posso volto nem que seja para uma escapadinha. Aqui sinto-me em casa e em família.

We only spent one night, we enjoyed the experience, despite the weather not being all that good to take advantage of the pool and walk around the property, it is advisable to ask first because despite the enormous terrain being crossed by roads, you can take a good walk since only by crossing the road you continue inside the property. Very welcoming, always attentive and a good generous breakfast to start the day.
