What a fantastic place to stay.
O acolhimento e a simpatia dos proprietários é enorme. A casa é simplesmente acolhedora e confortável. A piscina e a quinta com as vinhas e árvores fazem a conjugação para uma paisagem perfeita.
BE CAREFUL! DO NOT USE THE LOUNGE CHAIRS Our stay at Quinta das Secas was lovely overall. The location and property were gorgeous and the hosts were kind. Though the house was small and pretty dated, we spent our time outside and liked being able to walk into Arcos. Unfortunately, a traumatic incident occurred during our stay. A friend was sitting in one of the lounge chairs when it suddenly collapsed beneath her. This resulted in a trip to the emergency room, an ambulance ride to a distant hospital, and emergency surgery. This was the third time one of these lounge chairs suddenly collapsed while someone from our group was reclining. The lounge chairs are a major safety hazard. They are old and broken. I have repeatedly tried to notify the hosts about this incident, asking them to please remove the chairs to prevent future accidents and ensure guest safety. The hosts have been completely unresponsive to any messages following the incident, which is frustrating and disappointing.
