Quinta Maria Cortez is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of magical. The room offered stunning panoramic views of the beach—truly a sight to behold and one that made our stay feel like a dream come true. The bathrooms were not only spacious but also uniquely designed, adding a special touch of charm to this already incredible property. The service was outstanding. Gerry, in particular, took such great care of us at the restaurant, delivering warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming service. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, with every dish beautifully prepared. And I have to give special mention to the margaritas—hands down the best I’ve ever had! The beach itself was perfection. The water was crystal clear, and it was by far the best beach we've visited in Puerto Vallarta. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of the area. Oscar at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. From helping us book restaurant reservations to answering our questions about local attractions, he was an invaluable part of our experience. If you're seeking a unique hotel that combines breathtaking views, exceptional service, and accommodations full of charm, look no further than Quinta Maria Cortez. I cannot recommend this place enough—it’s a must-visit!

This hotel is so unique and funky - I love it. Waking up to look out your balcony and see the waves crashing against the rocks and whales swimming in the distance was so delightful. The service was wonderful, rooms were clean, and the location was quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

This place looks good at first glance. However be careful with arriving late. The staff is not at all empathetic and they charge US$ 30 after 9pm. We called on our way to the place before 9pm, explaining our flight had been delayed and our lack of knowledge about the Uber process had delayed us. The person in that shift never showed empathy. Said no matter what (we were 10 min after 9pm) that was the policy. Understand policy but not the lack of empathy. The rest of our stay was spoiled after that. Understand if people have to take transportation and the money is for that, it would be better if they are properly trained in customer service as they were not empathetic with people that have been traveling and having all sorts of trouble, hence our lateness, not deliberately but for delays in flights and lack of understanding of the airport's system (as we've never been in this city)
