Quinta Pedra dos Bicos

Loved our long-term stay in our 2 bedroom apartment. Everything was smooth for us, including the functionality of the kitchen, wifi, and lots of great balconies. Our request to repair a patio door was done very quickly. The mattresses are a bit worn down and should probably be changed. The location is fantastic, with lots of walkable options in all directions. Be aware that the apartments are in different buildings and are very different to each other (ex: some are newly renovated, some don't have balconies, etc.).

Just returned from a 5 night stay with friends staying in one of the apartments. Despite some of the negative reviews, I could not fault this hotel for the price paid. Yes, the rooms may be slightly outdated but they are clean, big enough, with good showers and beds and AC that actually works! We were charged a €30 deposit on arrival and this was returned not even 24 hours after check out. Staff helpful and friendly, and you can speak with them via WhatsApp. Pool was clean and had a chill vibe with a mixture of people. Food at the pool bar was excellent. 5 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the New Town Strip, 10 min taxi to Old Town. Would definitely return

Great service. They use WhatsApp to chat with staff (0800-0000) and for all requests. They will send you the staff even at very late at night. The separate building is great with washing machine etc though the neither the washing machine nor dish washer was working. Hotel is happy to offer alternative resolution. Tonnes of restaurants and shops just around the corner. Very accessible. The pub across the road is a bit too noisy til after midnight. We are fine with it but I am sure not everyone can bear. The Google maps is a bit off though. And the swimming pool entrance may take some time to find out. No changing room in the pool as in renovation.
