Quinta Real Huatulco

Two of us went just for breakfast. By mistake we arrived only a few minutes before the restaurant closing time, but the staff treated us extremely well and we had an excellent breakfast with a great view. Ordering from the a la carte menu, sweet rolls, juice, fruit plate, and coffee are included.

I had the most amazing stay here at the end of January. My room had a great partial view of the ocean and the mountain side. The sunsets and sunrises were magical. The staff were welcoming, kind, and attentive. The hotel feels intimate which is a perfect setting for couples and solo travelers or anyone who is looking to relax and unplug. The sliding door to the balcony was broken but I contacted the front desk and they immediately sent someone to replace the lock. The beach is also gorgeous but I would only recommend it to experienced swimmers. I cannot wait to return in the future.

Quinta Real resort was visually a magical experience and we will always remember our time there. The staff was amazing. The prices,...more expensive than Canada for meals and drinks and the food wasn't very good. Each day the bread rolls were old and microwaved. It would be easy to make a small batch each morning. The food at the restaurant near the lobby was generally mediocre at best.
